I just placed an order, when can I expect it to be delivered?
Once you've placed an order and email will be sent to you as to confirm your order and your successful payment. Your order will ship within 7 business days of placing it, however its very likely to ship sooner then that depending on existing available stock. Once your order has shipped it is very likely that it will be delivered within a week depending on your proximity to Martensville Saskatchewan.
What if Canada Post is on strike?
In the event that Canada Post or any other affiliated shipping provider is unable to deliver your order due to a labour disruption you will first be contacted regarding your order status and potential options. These options often include choosing another shipping provider at no extra charge. or refunding and canceling your order altogether. If your order has already shipped and is stuck with no guaranteed delivery date from the shipping provider one of three options are available: 1. Wait for it to arrive, you will be sent a discount code for a future purchase for your trouble. 2. Your order can be resent with another shipping provider at no extra charge, you also may keep your first order. 3. A full refund can be issued, you may keep your original order when/if it arrives.
If you receive your original order after the labour dispute has been resolved please be mindful of how long your order has been in the mail and the Best Before date written on the individual containers. Do not consume any Cinnawin products after the listed "BB:" or Best Before date under any circumstance.
The best option for you will depend on how long your order has been in limbo as most Cinnawin products typically last 6 months at the time of shipping.

My order arrived, but its damaged!
At Cinnawin all orders are packaged with care and the expectation of a potential bumpy ride however packages can be carelessly handled and dropped resulting in damaged product. Once any or all containers in a box are damaged exposing the cinnamon spread do not consume any contents in the box. Instead discard the damaged products and request a refund or a replacement using the form below.
All Cinnawin products are manufactured in a government inspected commercial kitchen with strict sanitary controls. All Cinnawin products are sealed before leaving the facility and are not to be opened until they are in the end-customer's possession. If a container is opened (intentionally or not) before its in your possession DO NOT assume it is sanitary or safe to consume. Package sorting facilities do not have the same sanitary controls, trained staff, or cleaning schedules as certified commercial kitchens do. There is no guarantee that the exposed Cinnamon Spread contents did not come into direct contact with toxic chemicals or substances.
Tracking number?
Once your order has shipped you will be sent a tracking number to the email you used when placing your order. This tracking number can be used to get instant updates on the whereabouts of your order from your selected shipping provider. Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator all have tracking tools on their websites and apps.
PLEASE NOTE: The Cinnawin Homestyle Cinnamon Spread Pouch ships using a service provided by Canada Post that does not include tracking, therefore it is impossible to know where your Pouch order is located after its been dropped off. If you don't receive your pouch after three weeks from your order date another pouch can be resent or a refund can be issued by first completing the form below.
