I've also received many messages, emails, and calls and in this blog post I'm going to address the more common questions and hopefully this post makes it to the people who asked them. 1. Any stores in my province? As of right now I do not ship bulk orders to any stores outside of Saskatchewan. I've found a lot of business within Saskatchewan and I only have so much production capacity. To expand to another province I would have to make a large quantity of cinnamon spread, ship it out, and likely have to float the cost for months. that's not to say I'll never ship to stores outside of Saskatchewan so please follow the social media accounts on Instagram and Facebook to stay updated regarding that. 2. Why can't I just order one jar at a time? When I setup the online store I wanted to offer a great value for the price. If I offered to ship just one or two jars of either size I would have to charge at leased $25 shipping on that order for an item that likely costs $10. I don't believe people would be willing to pay around $35-$40 for just one jar. I understand paying $100 for more then you need is frustrating so I'm working on a product form factor that will hopefully remedy this problem so once again please follow the socials @CinnawinFood for updates about this. 3. Healthier alternatives? Yes, I'm working on and testing a new kind of Cinnamon Spread, one without oils and naturally sweetened. I can't wait to introduce it! The important thing to know is that Homestyle Cinnamon Spread is a treat. For more updates regarding that, you guessed it, @CinnawinFood on Facebook and Instagram. 4. Out of stock? When a product becomes out of stock on the online store that means it is unavailable for purchase including pickup arrangements. I also know when a product is marked as out of stock on the website, when that happens I make more stock and add it to the website as soon as possible. I will also notify everyone who has used the "Suggestion box" to inquire about ordering when a product is out of stock. If you've payed attention to the wording of this post you'd notice I used "I" instead of "we" this is because Cinnawin technically has one employee, me. Thankfully I do get help from friends and family but as of right now I'm the only full time worker at Cinnawin so I ask for your patience during this exciting time for my business. I'm very grateful for everything that has happened and can't wait to keep growing.
